Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English. The location was better than we expected as we were only 5-10 minutes walk away from St Peters and Vatican Museum. Also good location for public and tourist transport. Will stay again.

It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna.   Everything was good staying in Hotel Ferraro. We were greeted with hospitality and the service was very good. the breakfast was outside the hotel, but we thought that was great. But if you are looking for a luxury - Room was about 100metres away from reception (different building) at the other end of building , opposite the street. Welcomed by a big roman wooden door, which was an unique experience. Room was big, shower with heater was working well. Real stone walls separate rooms from others, total isolation of peace.
