  Gorgeous, stunning hotel, just like in the pictures. Marble everywhere. Just gorgeous. Very substantial, varied, and delicious breakfast included with the price of the stay. So the 10-15 minutes to the nearest subway station or the Spanish Steps is really nothing. Read up on Roman - This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son especially

  The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

  Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill.   We really enjoy the Hotel Veneto and loved its location and stayed there at the beginning of our trip. this visit was just for one night and we were in a room that should probably be renovated.
