Such a lovely b n b. The location is really nice - away from the busy streets of the centro storico. We felt like we were living with the locals but also had plenty nearby shops/restaurants.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not meet the owners eye to eye, but did ask few extra's to make my stay more special and they happily helped , I even got nicer room as expected ..I would definelly reccomend this place to stay in Rome..Thank you Mariana for beautiful breakfast :)

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females

of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a
15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro
station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean

It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our
stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that
because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day,
the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks
to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call
and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but
didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there
