Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works. - The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.
