  visited Rome seightseeing with the bus - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all spoke english anddidnt mind answering any questions. Rooms were not huge but you arent inthem all that much anyway. Very close to the metro and Termini. Veryclean and also close to a local grocery store where you can get goodpriced wine and refreshments.

  We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there.
