We loved the excellent, super friendly helpful staff. The apartment we stayed in was huge! -3 levels! The main bedroom upstairs was very spacious with a large ensuite. Our family all had ample, comfortable space to relax in a clean, fresh modern design. We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design
and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to
visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you
have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many
restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and
all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes
to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.

Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet

It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Great location - right in the center of everything yet in a quiet street. It was very small which we liked. We took a junoir suite, it was very good, spatious, clean and comfortable. A tiny elevator was kind of funny, our daughter loved it. We had a great time. - The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful.
