The hotel provided all the facilities we could possibly want.   This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. Not only did he orient us to the neighborhood, he then took us out - We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere » which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed (sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of furniture is in grea

  Hotel Cavour proved to be the perfect choice for our honeymoon. I decided on it after weeks of online searching and studying of comments made by guests and we were both thrilled with how it came out to be. It is one of the very few hotels where what you find when you get there is all that the site describes and even better. Everything was great but... what people say » especially worth mentioning are: location, breakfast, decoration, mini spa, roofgarden and service. The honeymoon offer has great value for money. - Our room was excellent. It was bright and pleasant with a lovely view. The front desk staff were also first rate. Every one of the several staff members there was terrifically helpful--from arranging for private car tours to recommending restaurants. Our stay in Florence was greatly enhanced by the well qualified and very kind staff.

  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.
