  The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3.   Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

  We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. Clean, tidy and no drainage problems as there were in other hotels.... what people say » Breakfasts are really good and the personnel is helpful. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive
