  The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect. We would surely stay here again... what people say » ! - Wonderfully located near the Spanish Steps! Rooms were clean and the bathroom quite large, for Italian standards.

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign... what people say » age though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.

  Location was excellent, just a short walk to the fountain de Trevi and several other landmarks. Also very close to a guided bus tour route, tickets available at the front desk. We stayed in two adjoining rooms based on request. Nice size rooms with nice bathrooms. The front desk can arrange for a shuttle to-and-from the airports for a better price ... what people say » than taking a taxi. - Forum Romanum, Fontana de Trevi, Villa Borghese Park, Zoo, St Peters Place, Colosseo, the Market at Balbo, Hop on hop off, the Tiber River, walking around all over the city...
