  As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay. I will stay there again. - The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. They showed us to our room, helped us with our bags, offered to call a cab for us, showed us places to go on the map, and offered their services 24 hours a day. They made us feel very much at home. I was very pleased with this hotel.   Welcoming and I was grateful to find the staff to be willing and competent English speakers and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and the location was so close to the airport that I walked there easily in the morning with my pack. Breakfast was great too - Great deal! Excellent breakfast too.

The rooms are large, clean, are in buildings that are hundreds of years old and have great character! Air conditioning works! We walked to most of the major landmarks like. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!

In all the hotels we stayed this month, I have to say this is the most comfortable one and the staff is really nice and kind.
