everything. the staff were very helpful and pleasent. the breaksfast was nice and served quickly. the rooms are well aired ant the towels/ sheets changed regular. it is in the perfect place for all the tourist attarctions. easy to find....Hotel is high up on the hills above Sorrento and have a beautiful view of the water and Mount Vesuvius across the bay. Friendly, English-speaking staff and large, clean, comfortable rooms.

No lift.Room a bit drably coloured. Being Canadian, we were disappointed that they did not have cnn or bbcTelevision. Its always nice when you are away from home to know whatsgoing on in the world.Reaching the hotel by car is extremely difficult because of the "sophisticated" system of one-way lanes in this district.
