Cicerone Guest House has a perfect location - it's situated up tp 10-15 minutes from Florence Central station and city center (Piazza Duomo). Central Market is just behind the corner. The owner is very polite & helpful, the Guest House was very clean, rooms quite large and comfortable. Perfect for city stay.

It's realy nice hotel, has very great location in the historical centre but not expensive. The owner of it is very nice and helpful.

Too small bathroom
Very noisy.
The room and the bathroom were extremely small.
Limited room space. AC could not be controlled from inside the room (seemed to have been broken). No lift and need to climb one floor. Older people with heavy luggage would struggle.
The room had pungent smell, could be of some medicinal spray, but was uncomfortable.
The bathroom is very small, but in the pictures I could see spacious bathroom.

Rooms where small, beds uncomfortable , walls could have used a fresh coat of paint , had dirty hand prints and some boogers on them,not family friendly especially if you have young babies , climbing 2 flights of stairs with a pram was not fun at all.
