  The staff went to great lengths to make us happy. For example, we needed to catch an early flight which meant we needed to leave the Hotel at 4:45am, breakfast was not served until 7:00am however, 30 minutes after their wake-up call they called again telling us that Breakfast was ready for us. The night manager also escorted us to the bus stop. Exc... what people say » ellent service. - I loved that this Hotel was on the mainland about 10 minutes by city bus (1Euro) from Venice. It's a great hotel with a professional staff that took the time to "personalize" our experience. Great restarants close by within walking distance. I'll come back again next time!

  Everything was just great-the stuff (all speaking English) was welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic to serve me whatever my needs were. Room was well ergonomically designed, the bed was very comfortable- so after 10 hrs of walking in beautiful Venice I was able to rest and fully recharge for the next day.   We used this hotel for an overnight stay as a base for visiting Venice and it was perfect for that. The pool was a bonus if you could fit in the time to use it. We managed a quick half hour before it closed for the evening. The refurbishment has been tastefully done and, although small, the room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our need... what people say » s. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. - Very friendly family run hotel, pool was really good, very clean high standard throughout, good continental breakfast, didnt use the restaurant as we usually had a picnic when out. Bus to venice 5 min walk to stop takes about 25 mins into Venice didnt have a problem with this. Would stay again no probs.
