The location near the airport is nice for early morning flights. The rooms are clean and good size. The bartender Stefano is cool, and the front desk reception was helpful and nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food and selection was great. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight and bagged a to-go bag for breakfast to take along for the trip. The staff were great. It was just outside of Venice but they had adaily shuttle that ran everyday so that made it extremely easy. Westayed here two nights before the airport back home and it was a greatidea. They also had a shuttle to and from the airport..sweet. Greatservice and they actually gave a boxed breakfast before our earlyflight. They rocked.

They explained bus schedules for me and had a box breakfast ready for me since I was leaving early in the morning to catch a flight. Even their shuttle driver was friendly and professional. it was close to Venice by bus (10 ~ 15min). Free Wifi Internet available in room. value for money. We especially liked the staff and the location. clean and close to airport. The hotel staff was very nice when we got there. We got their early and one of the staff recommended we go shopping and gave us the bus tickets. Ease of getting around on the bus system. very nice room. The location was ok. Bus service from the hotel to Venice. Big room size. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but the early taxi was much more expensive than we thought it would be. I don't know if it may be the norm in Venice, but over 30 Euro for a five-minute cab ride??. The man on reception was a little brusque, but not rude by any means. For the price of the price, there could have been some free internet time. 3 Euros was too much for 15 minutes. Had difficulty printing and I needed to print my boarding passes for my return time the next day.the front desk was not that assisting. I did not like the internet setup. It didn't indicate how much on-line time we had left on our purchase. Also we had trouble logging on.shuttle not available until 6:00 am. The shuttle doesn't leave until 6 am so if you have any flights before then you have to get a taxi. Same thing with the breakfast. Poor service for dining. Worried about their groups and not individuals. the reason we chose this hotel was because of its' proximity to the airport and the availability of shuttle service. After checking in, we found that we could not use the shuttle service because we were leaving too early. We ended up paying 25 euros for a 5 minute trip to the airport. Also were required to pay for a breakfast that we did not want nor have time to partake of.The rooms are not updated. Bedding is dated and non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke due to older carpets and drapery. No additional separate heating system.
