this was an ultra nodern hotel. the staff were helpful and professional. breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would stay here again if I travel to Florence - This hotel was over and above any of the 5 hotels we stayed in over ourhoneymoon. It was simply perfect.

The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally. I had read the previous reviews and was somewhat apprehensive when booking. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel was extremely clean and all facilities looked brand new. The shower in my room looked as though it had never been used. The room was decorated in a very modern way and it was very comfortable. Downstairs the lobby was quite comfortable as was the adjoining restaurant to work and grab the internet connection. I will definitely stay here again!

Location was great and easy to access from the motorway. The gated parking assured us of the secure parking. Bus stop was a short walk down the street and about 15 minutes straight into the city. The room was tidy and acceptable for the price paid. It also had Air Conditioning, which was nice for our 90+ degree weather. -
