Extremely clean, and modernly furnished. Close to train station (10 / 15 min walk), to shopping district (5 min walk) and to the old town (10 min walk). The owner was very very nice, he gave us directions for the Policlinico Hospital where we were headed, and also recommended a nearby restaurant for the night, where we ate delicious, fresh fish.
