Villa Mosca is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the Comfort room in the attic as this was the only room available and it was perfect for us. The decor is simplistic and luxurious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best point is it is in a great location right by the sea and walking distance to the town and restaurants and bars.

The staff were very helpful, although they did not speak any English they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms and hotel in general was very tidy and clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was as stated (continental), however it did have a good selection of choices and filled of up until mid-afternoon. Overall, was a lovely place to stay and my partner and I would go back there if we ever were in Alghero again.

Seriously, the nicest and most helpful hotel personnel I've experienced for a long time. They did everything to make our stay perfect. The hotel is right on the waterfront, with a small stone swimming and sunbathing area around 40 meters away, and the walk into the historic town centre is about 5 minutes. The sandy beaches in Alghero are on the other side of town - a little under half an hour's walk, but the hotel does rent out bicycles to make things easier. They also lent us beach towels free

Two beautiful beaches (Lazzaretto + Bombardo), Cappo Caccia cave & airport easily reachable by bus/car. Bus station is very near the hotel. Beautiful old town is a nice 20-minute beach stroll away. Free parking spots were in abundance around the hotel, though keep in mind this was October. Alghero is a great starting point to explore North
