We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,
bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.
The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.
