It is a fabulous Hotel, by far superior than its 3* rating, better than some 5* Hotels we have stayed in! The rooms are fantastic, and the staff are extremely friendly and the service is excellent. The food is incredible. The car parking facilities are also brilliant extremely secure parking. - The staff were fantastic, particularly at reception

The welcome from Pauline was second to none. We were treated as friends, not customers and nothing was too much trouble. The full Irish breakfast was delicious and certainly set us up for the day. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic with a seemingly endless supply of toast :-)
The room was extremely tidy and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and better than some hotels I have stayed in.

I thought that the hotels public areas were very classy. The staff were exceedingly cheerful and helpful. The food was excellent in my opinion the best hotel food that I have had in any 4 star hotel.
