The room was suprisingly large, clean and bright, and it was equipped with lcd TV, powerful hairdyer and tea or coffee making facilities. The Waterloo Lodge was ideal for my stay as it was 10 minutes walk to
rds and to Marion Square (start location of the Dublin city Marathon). I
traveled with my wife and our two kids (3 & 5 years old) and the
family room we had was ideal, plenty of space. Staff were very
accommodating and breakfast was excellent. All in all, we had a pleasant
3 nights stay in the Waterloo lodge.

I liked the hotel decor. Though my room was small like most europeanhotel rooms the room was charming. The breakfast was very good and Iappreciated getting to order a hot breakfast off of the menu. Very friendly staff, Irish guy at reception was very polite, helped us
with parking, and handled all issues. Indian girl was diligent and
careful in canteen. Hungarian girl at reception was very helpful as
well. We liked staff of this hotel. We used an offer from letsbookhotel.com -
it included breakfast and it was very cheap. Quality was acceptable - so
value for money was the best from all other options.
