Very clean, incredible situation, it is in front of the Bus StopO'Conell St which comes from the airport, and is exactly the citycentre. The location could not be better, right in the middle of town. Also on the day of departure you could leave your luggage in a very safe place in the lobby for the entire day.all reviews

The room was clean and the bathroom perfectly working (I mean hot water etc...) and with soap. My room was in a very quiet place.Location was excellent, would be ideal for sightseeing or shopping trip.Central location, good value for money, good sized room, friendly staff. Excellent Location and clean basic rooms. central, rite beside the spire. The location of a hotel.Comfort and breakfast. Very good location, helpfull staff.it is very central, basis but clean. Convience, price, nice restaurant.the location as its very central. Well located, everything's just a a couple of minutes walk away. Excellent connection to airport as busses stop directly at front. Rustic style. Bathroom and shower were sound and clean. The hotel has a good price / quality ratio. I would consider coming again.very very central zone, 5 minutes walk from trinity college and grafton street, 10 minute walk from o connell station. Street full of shops, restaurant and fast food.It was so central in city centre.Ideal for short breaks or shopping trips to Dublin city centre all within walking distance.Receptionist was lovely, every request was accomodated, breakfast was excellent. Very convenient location. Location of the hotel. Helpful staff. Near the airportbus. Close to everything in central Dublin.it was in the center of the city. Easy access to everything. Staff very friendly. Good central location.Nice hotel, good location, good value. Large room.Location!. The fact that the bathroom was really warm, there was wireless internet available and that it was situated in a really central point in Dublin.Location. The room was quite big and it has 3 rooms (it was a triple room). The price was quite reasonable. The hotel was central and clean.Relatively cheap, central. Location. it was cheap and close to everything. Location, free WIFi. The close proximity to downtown Dublin.Great location,. Its wery close to the city center, and is easy to find, location is probebly the only good thing about thise hotel.I could not stay there due to a leak which floaded the room that I was supposed to stay in. The location of the hotel was great. very Central location. Location of hotel.the location. Food in the adjoining restaurant carlos was good. No kettle in the room. Draft in the room from window. Room very hot. The noise from the street outside. I think that could be nice and fair to include at this price at least a cup of tea or coffee in the morning . Compared to hotels in other cities at this rate usually breakfast is included.light over wash hand basin faulty , no cold water in tap either. We can't close the window- it was broken, and that night was -2 outside!. they didn't fill up the shampoo and soap, so it didn't look as good as it could have, its a small thing but you would notice it. I wasn't lucky in getting a room with a less nice view out on an inner shaft shaped small inner court with only pigeons to watch. In the morning I was woken by what seemed the continuous sounds of hammering coming from to improvement / restructuring work (?). Room just a little bit small and not too clean. But the position and price are very good. Woken at 3.30am by rowdy guests in hallway who continued to converse very loudly for over 2 hours much to the annoyance of other guests also. I was puzzled why night staff did nothing to put a stop to this situation. This was extremely annoying as i had a job interview that morning and felt completely unrested. So i would not reccomend this hotel if you require an unbroken nights sleep. It is very noisy being on the busiest street in Dublin. Take ear plugs. Creaking doors. The window was broken in the roon, cold draft blew in all night. Also room faced an alley way. The was alot of noise from this from 7 o clock in the morning onwards.Too warm even after turning off the heating.View out of window of pigeons. The staff- very unfriendly and unprofessional. My room's window was next to a restaurant's chimney, so whenever I opened it there were bad smells coming inside. Also, the stairs were very noisy and I could hear it every time that somebody was going down.Uncomfortable bed. The one member of staff that we dealt with during our stay was extremely rude and unhelpful and as a result we would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.amazing the variation between so called three star establishments. this place is in need of some loving, carpet in the room was in tatters, there was lumps missing from the architrave in the doorway, the room door certainly was not a 30 minute fire rating.paper thin walls also.if youre just looking for somewhere to sleep, its 'adequate'. moments after i booked i found the same place cheaper :(. Cleanliness could have been betterRattling room door led to a rather poor night's sleep. that right beside my bedroom window there was a laneway in which garbage trucks came in and out of every 20 minutes throughout the whole entire night, emptying rubbish and i did not get a wink of sleep. i really should not have paid - it was horrific and they should not put anyone in that room.Old and creaky, rooms small. Rooms needed some updating.Room wasn't cleaned after first night and had not been hoovered before we went into room. The beds are not wery good to sleep in, I had to be drunk to be able to sleep there. And the people at the front desk had problems finding my resorvation. No wi-fi. The staff should have tried to get in touch with me about the problem. Instead, I was not consulted in relation to my options. They booked me a replacement room in a different hotel and apologised for the discomfort by offering breakfast. Unfortunately, I had consciously avoided the street in which the replacement accomodation was provided and was not satisfied with it.I booked the hotel for 2 double room when we arrived the rooms had 2 singke beds pushed together with single bed sheets on them the sheets were also dirty in one room!!! The bathroom was also a little dirty could have done with a good clean before we got there.old furniture, some rooms smell smoke, small rooms. Originally, I've reserved a twin-bed room with an extra bed. However, the hotel only assigned a double-bed room with an extra bed to me forthe first two nights. Furthermore, the room was small, the toilet wasshabby. There was no bath tub. The shower was very very small. Handle ofthe toilet flushing was broken. Only upon repeated request, I was ableto move to a larger room with bath tub.bar not in use, second room diidnt have a bath, hot water ilimited and poor pressure, breakfast food not all cooked freshly. hygene and bad manners. Room very small for a double/ very noisy in the mornings/ room verytired looking.
