My time at villa karisa was just outstanding! It is so peaceful and quiet there the rooms are comfortable, clean and have a great Balinese style. The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -

We are frequent travellers to Bali and we stayed at Umadasa due to all the positive reviews the hotel had.
We had a late arrival at 2 am, however the staff welcoming us with a big smile. They were so friendly and helpful at all times.
Breakfast varied everyday and was served fresh.
Hotel was really quiet considering that it was just steps away from a main road. Beach was less than 5 minutes away walking and there were lots of places to eat or drink around.

The owners & staff were great & always willing to help, the small family run apartments are only suitable for couples with one upstairs bedroom & shower, ours was clean & looking onto the lovely pool, also breakfast served in your room without time limits, aircon & shower great. Everything. Feel like home when staying at Karmar Kamar. The hotel, being very quite, is only 5 min taxi to Seminyak and Kuta beach and other local tourists spots, which should cost no more than USD3 per ride. Every hotel staff is nice, always smiling and helpful, especially the hotel manager Bimo. Bimo has given us many good recommendations such as where to shop, eat, etc. We will definitely stay at Karmar Karmar when we go to Bali next time.

Loved the fact almost the entire time we had the pool to ourselves. The villa was really spacious with a kitchen and a great fridge/freezer. It was in the heart of seminyak yet quietly away from the road. Very friendly staff and it is currently being done up

The place is amazing. A little difficult to find, but when you get there you really start enjoying.
The garden is enormous, with palm trees, lots of green and places to rest. The pool is very beautiful and inspiring, good place to start or end the day.
The room was huge and very comfortable, like a little palace, outstanding bed.
Separate bathroom, but also private for you, it was open on the back so plenty of mosquitoes, frogs or spiders came in, but no big deal. The tub was amazing, quite bar
