Excellent location, pool, beautiful garden, flowers, style of the building (Balinese/temple), statues, nice rooms, formerly excellent but needs some renovation ; overall unbeatable at that price 37E/n in June in Seminyak ; will come back !. 10 minute walk to the beach. 15-20 minute walk to Seminyak Square. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Has a swimming pool. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a decent size and had a balcony.

Very easy to get a car to temples and Ubud (450,000 Rp round). we had a very beauitful stay, great swimming pool... love the grounds and cosy accommodation... staff unreal, so very helpful, loved the food too, everything to make you feel relaxed,thankyou. very friendly, helpful staff. rooms are quite basic, but fully serve the purpose in a good way! within walking distance are beach and beach clubs. pool is clean and has a pool bar. it was value for money staff were great the food was very nice for price very peaceful we would stay there again. The location was excellent as we wanted to be somewhere where we can travel to the south and north of Bali. The services provided by the staff was really good. They can arrange for you to have a motorbike rental etc. They also have wi-fi (but at times can be really slow) in all of their rooms which helps. The staff also allows you to store your belongings in their storage area if you need to go somewhere for a few days. We stayed twice, the first room was not as clean as the second room but both were very comfortable. Gardens just beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool and the general garden scenery. Some of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I like the appearance of the hotel. The bathroom, especially the tub was dirty, the light ugly, it's a pity because the hotel is really beautiful, the rooms could be perfect with better lighting and renovation. The bathroom was very basic and not particularly nice smelling. In the gardens between the pool and the rooms there were two peacocks caged. This seemed cruel. Shower did not work well, water spill innevitably. Only once we were told we could pay a choffer in the check out bill but it turned out it had to be cash to the choffer directly. nothing was bad. we upgraded to super deluxe room but the bathroom for those rooms had shower over bath which was very awkward to get in and out off, they need to rethink the design as the won in deluxe rooms were great. Bathroom a little dated, although still ok for the cost (AUD45 pn). Wi fi didn't work too well in the rooms... I don´t like the bath towels are old. Molded walls (bathroom), loud AC. With the extra bed the room was a bit small and expensive. a little shabby, but still kept up. The shower in the room did not have hot water. We had to shower in the bathtub which was quite high to climb in and out of. beer. The room condition was not the greatest. The bathroom smelled musty and damp. You can also smell the sewage at times that makes it really unpleasant. At the time of our stay, there were constructions going on at the very front of the hotel and I wish thy could have mentioned it to us earlier instead of waiting to let us know the day of. The bathrooms could be a lot cleaner. The pool needs a bit more maintainance. Have a look at the tiles, off coloured. The food was not good, especially the breakfast. The 'fresh' juice was orange cordial, undiluted. And there was a severe lack of choice in regards to breakfast. I didn`t like the facilities there is no internet wifi every day problem with the wifi also I didnt like the room there is lezeard comming from the Air conditionner the room was not clean , in additional the jaccuzi of the bathroom was broken and we couldn`t take shower properly.
