  The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age. Our room was on ground floor with garden balcony, was large and comfortable however, due to the age of the hotel there were signs it c... what people say » ould do with a little refurbishment. Service was great, breakfast was huge with a large selection. Would stay there again. - Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

  We loved our time here, the resort is right on the beach and right by the restaurants. Gili Air is far quieter than Gili T so this is no problem at all as everything winds down by 11. The pool is divine and snorkelling is on your doorstep. The accommodation was unique and we enjoyed the 2 story villa. Very relaxing and very required after Gili T! ... what people say » - Great room. downstairs hammok and daybed area was fantastic. Our Room was towards the back and of the property and was nice an quiet, barely noticed other people.

  An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. They knew us by our first names which gave it an intimate feeling and when the manager discovered we were extremely sore as we had just returned from Rinjani trek, he offered us an extras at their spa temple on top of the massage we had... what people say » already booked. The spa in itself is a fantastic experience. Some great sights and snorkelling off the hotel beach. The full moon dinner surrounded b - Paradise. Pure paradise. The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality. Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max. Ridiculously romantic. The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

  Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. The circular pool shared by the villas works well, gives a sense of privacy being at the back of the villa but is big enough to have a real swim. - Location is nice, right on the beach.   -5 min walk from the harbour and easy walk to the north western part of the island for sunset -the accommodation is quite basic but comparable to others around the same budget we stayed at -very nice owners -freshwater shower was a nice surprise -Good internet - much faster than in other places where we stayed -nice breakfast - we always had some ... what people say » fruit salad and eggs&toast - not sure how we fitted it all in :) - 5 minute walk from the beach. lovely and clean. nice family run place. simple, good breakfast. owners willing to help. picked us up from the boat and did some washing for us. rooms clean and comfortable. big mosi net was an added plus. will be returning next year!
