An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. They knew us by our first names which gave it an intimate feeling and when the manager discovered we were extremely sore as we had just returned from Rinjani trek, he offered us an extras at their spa temple on top of the massage we had already booked. all reviews » Paradise. Pure paradise. The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality. Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max. Ridiculously romantic. The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do. The attention to detail and service was second to none. We were given a warm reception from the manager and a farewell from all the staff was a nice personal touch. A thoughtful and delightful place to rest your head and laze on the beach. The complimentary afternoon tea was also a very nice touch. The food was fabulous and the presentation superb. Everything. Our bungalow was comfortable, large, and beautiful with the private open-air bathroom. The staff were more than friendly and accommodating. You were treated so well, we didn't want to leave. We had two dinners on the beach and an amazing afternoon spa session. It was bliss. A great way to end off a honeymoon by feeling like a million bucks. This place is just amazing. Nothing. We had a small issue with payment at check out. We were charged for our full massages when we were told we'd receive 30 min massages each for free for our honeymoon. It was later mostly rectified. We would still highly recommend this place and would go back ourselves. nothing. absolutely everything was amazing. 2 hour drive from the airport. i dont think there is anything. The beach had sharp cral pieces that made it difficult to walk on. Beach isn't perfect (some chorals and seaweed), but this is pretty much the only downside to otherwise fabulous Tugu. Not for party-goers - it's quite remote. Ran out of white wine!. Really nothing we didn't like. nothing!!!!!!!!!. Evening meals were pricey but quality was reasonable. mosquito spray. Lizard.
