  We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. Was also upgraded to Club floor on our second visit within our 10 days in Jakarta. Except for the Club Lounge, the rooms were the same as the Deluxe on the low... what people say » er floors. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would return again in the future. - good location, very nice view from the window, we asked for a room on the higher floor and got it, plentiful breakfast very nice lady (Judit-front desk manager?) making a stay in a big hotel more special by her charm and interest in guest's opinions

  I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set ... what people say » as the ones provided in the room look very soiled thus the cleanliness is questionable. - As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay. Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options. Clean and easy to access.

  The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin... what people say » . Sigh...didnt get much rest at night too, due to the mosquitoes. Everything is else is good. - Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

On 11 Sep. i had breakfast at the restaurant ground floor, While I was continued with my e-mail and didn't pay attention with my food on table.   The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite. There are a Pizza Hut, 7Eleven and local food in the walking distance. No shopping area around there, need to get the taxi to town around 15 minutes. I book one bed room which there is a living room and kitchen that is nice. Nice view on the high floor. Room size is good and large for the family.
