I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set as the ones provided in the room look very soiled thus the cleanliness is questionable.
all reviews » As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay. Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options. Clean and easy to access. Everything it was so beautiful.lovely staff always just beautiful I will be honeymooning there next year definitely.so beautiful memories.just wonderful service always.my heart goes out too the staff.most fabulous holiday. Traffic. There is confusion in the logon time. check in is very not up todate, nooked from booking .com a day before but they did not get the system up to date. I was hungry and try to call for room service but it was a total failure. Tried the room service number but no one answer and then I try calling the front office for some help and the staff just mentioned that I should come down my self.... So..., Room service..??? Forget it...!!. You have to Pay in advance at Arrival. Ask for extra towels and you get it after 3 days after asking every day. There was great noise in the lobby this makes the quests uncomfortable.Also there was no access to the network inside the appartments.The furnture was a little bit old.The drainge of the water in he bathroom was not good. Not much variety for breakfast. Request for iron and ironing board took me 2 days which i have to constantly follow up. Breakfast. Room facilites. Found out that HK staff have been very careless due to we found plug socket in kettle. I have boiled water and make drinks and later when my wife want to refilled,she found the socket inside. I believe that it is not our fault. apartment 20-02,both bathroom water did not drain from the floor due the drain port is on a higher level. Basically the floor was kind of flooded and it was uncomfortable and slippery. Very dangerous and unhygienic. The insurance money they put on hold was withdrawn completely while I have document proofs everything was okay when I left!. Bed was way too hard. Kitchen old, filthy and not very well equipped - we had to request an electric jug and cups from reception. Location was not very good - too far away traffic-wise) from most attractions and the city itself. Didnt like getting woken up at 4am by the Call to Prayer from local Mosques. Cleanliness or lack of it. Publicity does not represent the actual appartments. Poor customer service, lacking awareness in services offered. Overpriced for the poor quality of accomodation. It takes like forever sometimes to wait for the left. I have stayed couple of times in different apartments. Some units were good and some were really bad. Furniture is always old..... Restaurant was a joke. No bar and no restaurant , just a rubbish cafe. staff very slow in their work and registration, not too friendly, dirty old toilets with lousy soaps, very basic apartment rather empty . not a cosy atmosphere . Needs immediate upgrading. Water kettle wiring so bad that it might electrocute you anytime. Such a basic apartment but a large price to pay for.. NOT WORTH staying!.
