Rooms are spacious and the fact that the family rooms have the washing machine+dryer is superb. The bed is comfy. Toilet/shower was spacious. Executive apartments meet the the expectations you can expect in this rating level. Spacious rooms with good comfort and well equipped. Staff are very helpful. They upgrade m apartment to 2-bed room and my children to luxury rooms. The view from floor#35 was great.

The room was smelly, the front desk was smelly, the baby cots were old and tired also wreck. The food was so so. The staffs were ok and friendly but what to do becoz we have complained since we step in to the room. The thing about the security. We have to scan everything every luggage. Kinda troublesome for a big family like us. All 7 of us. The staff ain't friendly at first. Only when we checked in and become a confirmed guest then only they greet us accordingly. The police/security outside was soo prejudice. They ain't letting us in as if we can't pay the room fare. Breakfast staff responds slow or sometimes not at all about an incoming new guest. Waiting for 20 mins for a coffee to be served is not acceptable. Location is more of business oriented rather than leisure. Breakfast restaurant is small and the food choices is very limited and needs more experience. None. Towels are old and does not looks well clean Breakfast buffet so small and less selection as international travelers Language is an issue but manageable. Problem with internet connection. T.V does not have Arabic channels.. the restaurant is too small that we have to Que to get our table. some of the curtains in the room are a bit dirty. too bad mini market and cafe was closed during the weekend. - No Super market around the hotel - crowded at morning. lobby sharing with offices. الانترنت داخل الغرف غير مجاني - مطعم الفندق صغير و الإفطار محدود الخيارات. 1. Free sachets of coffee, tea and sugar provided in the room are not top up everyday. 2. meals order from the room is delivered a little bit slow. BF is not well done and restaurant is small. Beter booking without BF since there is kitchen in almost all rooms. WiFI not free cost 15$/day. However it's free in lobby. Their Business Center Has One PC only Their security checks you and your bags twice and every time you enter?? we stayed 4 days and we were checked everyday? Their security failed to protect us from the bad Jakarta Taxi Driver who wanted more money. he even got into the Lift screaming and yelling. After giving him money to leave my family alone, they still didn't not kick him out. This a fully fitted Apartment Small thinks like Laundry powder Washing up Liquid etc. The receptionist is not fluent in English! Elevator card does not work when you want to go to my friend on a different floor and works only for the floor in my apartment is located Bad maintenance. Have mentioned above and I will never go back!. Worst hospitality. Definitely not a good value for money. Staff responds slowly on request. They charge me more than its printed on letsbookhotel.com - when I checked out, they re-imburse the exceeding hotel rate (takes more than 2 weeks for the refund)...and many more. Definitely my only stay ever @ Marriott Mayflower-Jakarta.
