We stayed in a 2BR apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The furniture and amenities were all in good and working condition. The location was ideal near to city centre with a minimart right beside the hotel and numerous Indonesian food stalls along the street by the hotel. The breakfast was decent and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Huge apartment in the middle of the city ! Excellent location. The personnel very helpfull and attentive. Loved loved loooved it!.

Gym facility very poor; too small, hot and poorly equipped. reception team were not helpful. No washing machine/dryer in apartment. Limited crockery & cutlery. No rice cooker. No iron/board,hairdryer(have to ask housekeeping). The Aston at Kuningan very much confused with another Aston, particularly local taxis. would help if could have had 1 full and 1 half bathrooms. Room service is not 24hr. Sometime they not clean good. There were cockroaches at the buffet table. The coffee at breakfast was so weak! The Air Con in our room stopped working, luckily they were able to fix it. Furnishings have outlived their style and comfort. Lighting could be improved. Re: kitchenette, there were no glasses, hot water maker, pans, toaster, a knife or fork, in case one wanted to make or eat something. Kind of dreary actually. Location is so confusing. They charged me more money when i checked in for insurance purposes and they promised to return it but they didn't till now. The location of the hotel is a little "hidden" hence, 3 out of 4 times, our taxi driver couldn't find and didn't know where it was; they had to ask us where it is!!. 1. Not much I can utilise the facilities in the hotel. It is under renovation. 2. The food for breakfast lauzy and served pork. The internet very slow, or could be no conection, even I tried already at the front office. I think the building not really strong, we were at 6th floor, but why I felt like an earth quake. no WIFI as advertised, socket not fit for electrical appliances. Breakfast was at 07:00 it is very bad, it must be at least at 06:00 or earlier. there are many ants on the bed. The staff seems to be friendlier with "Mat Salleh" guests than regional. Room a little run-down and bathroom leaks. room too dark n bathroom old/dirty. الفطور غير متنوع والموظفين لا يملكون الخبره الكافيه في مجال تقديم الطلبات. The room previwe pic's were all wrong. I didn't get what I expected and paid for. Bad breakfast.
