The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and modern.It is close to the New Delhi railway station. Attention: if you arrive at Delhi airport for the first time, never take a private taxi. Once you leave the airport building they will descend on you and try to get you in their cab. Don't do it! Go to the official Taxi stand and get a cab there. Make sure they bring you to the hotel you tell them and don't let them tell you that it is impossible to bring you there becaus.
all reviews » We loved the place since new property was well maintained and had all modern amenities,very close to New Delhi station. The manager was very accomodating and considerate in permitting 3 rd memebr in our room with out extra charges. The cook Mr. Negi was very particular in helping us decide menu and he himself suggested some lovely dishes,his hot phulkas was jus excellent specially after a tiring day. The service of the reception was excellent. We got our taxi on time whenever we needed one. Quick response to our queries made. Wonderful way to welcome guests. we have been given glasses of water when we came back from long hours of shopping. This was very much appreciated. Pleasant way of conversing with guests. Free breakfast: lots of varieties found. Keep it up. The hotel is located at two minutes walk from main central railway...just to city center. I have booked a single room and they give me a double room...spacious with a big bathroom...all furniture was new. The breakfast was good.... I recommend to stay in this hotel...the next time when I will go to Delhi I will return here...surely. It was a fabulous hotel with modern decor and furnishings. The check in process was smooth and quick. The staff was very friendly and warm, they assisted us with our travel needs. Our room was spacious enough and blocked out the outside noise completely. Travel Agent Tilak was amazing, recommended two places that made my India trip worth it. And he arranged for me to get there an back. But our favorite person at the reception was Mr Pitamber. He was not only lively, informative and helpful. Our room was huge and remodeled and very clean. It was also completely quiet which is a huge bonus while in part of city. Clean, comfortable and well maintained room. It is too much sunny over there in the morning which causes a lot of heat to sit in that restaurant. The hotel was great itself but in general the location was mediocre nothing too great. The outside environment is a sure deterrent, but as you enter you can sigh a breath of relief knowing that it will be all right. restaurant is not fully completed but they make a lovely chicken spring roll. Location. Room on the lower floor are more noisy. No restaurant only room service. The location was comparatively nicer and quieter, but generally the area is traffic filled and has a lot of crowd all through the day. hay estacionamiento adecuado. There was noise upstairs as the restaurant was being finished for the first few days of my stay, but that's done now. The flush on the toilet seemed to work in the mornings but not in the evenings most days. Little expensive for this location. The area is full of narrow lanes and can get confusing but people were helpful. The whole area of Paharganj is not the prettiest nor cleanest of New Delhi, but I guess is the "real Delhi" as they say. Come with an open mind ;). Das Wetter war sehr heiß. Blick vom Schlafzimmer war eine Mauer. Food quality wasn’t great. Location was central but very dirty. Less selection of food on room service. Shower does not have hot water for twenty minutes. Room service was slow. There are banging doors in the night (like in many other hotels).
