We spent a night here on our way back to France & had 3 big bags with us but our room was big enough, clean with comfy beds.Staff was helpful & allowed us late check out without extra charges. They also kept our luggage in their luggage room until we came back to proceed for the airport to catch our late night flight. This hotel is located in a busy area but gives you 100% value of your money. A nice stay!!.
all reviews » Brand New hotel with excellent services.We arrived at midnight but airport pickup was arranged by the hotel which was free of cost. Room was specious and very clean. It is at a good central location within the walking distance of New Delhi Train station. Reception staff were very helpful & accommodating. The Hotel is located centrally and it is quite easy from the hotel to access to New Delhi railway station and Red fort. The staff was friendly and helpful. and i must say that i previously stayed at Karol bagh area but if you want to see real Delhi and want to stay near to to the center stay in paharganj. The comfiest bed I have ever slept on, very friendly staff, fabulous location moments away from Delhi railway and metro also you could have heard a pin drop. It was a pity that some indian guests dont know how to talk quietly in the small hours but this is no fault of the hotel. The Manager was very help ful and went out all the way to help in making our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was very good n nice We will love to return n stay in this hotel in our future stay valve for money n good to stay. staff really really nice hot water nice shower beautiful rooms one does not notice there are no windows staff let me use their cell phone and i didnt even ask them. The Hotel is located very central and has got good access to the sightseeing places. Value of good and good information Desk. The service was awesome.... Only stayed one night so did not explore, but returning later in the month and will stay again. The Best part of the Hotel is its location very easy to find and the staff is extremely helpful. The Hotel was excellent, centrally located and modern rooms with Great Aircon and polite staff. Excellent and friendly staff, i had lovely 2 weeks :). value fr money with comforts... - the bed - Location near the tourist area by Tuktuk or taxi - the Travel Desk - large lobby. Accessibility was fair, Approach of the staff was good. Nothing. Although bedding was very clean and the rooms in general well maintained the floors could have done with a mop over them. We gave cooked breakfast a miss after first day. But fresh fruit breakfast was good and hot coffee plentiful,. whats not to like?. Food. Restaurant. mobile network not available. - no Buffet Breakfast. - no complimentary Coffee & Tea Tray or Ref - need to call for Hot Shower, 20 minutes before you use it. - Environment is bad & dirty. Water was bad; Room didn't have windows, Chairs or water heater. Claims to be 3 star, I doubt it.
