  The rooms were very comfortable and had private bathrooms! There was a large, comfortable lobby with a view out to the fjord and we enjoyed relaxing there while soft music played in the background. A large breakfast was served which included scrambled eggs and bacon! - Very good value for money room including private bath and breakfest.   My husband and I stayed at this charming little hotel for two nights while we were on vacation in June 2013. We loved the location where Lamb Inn is situated. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains right by the river. It is also only 5 minutes to the airport. The hotel is family owned. The food is delicious, and they were - This facility was run smoothly with a friendly. helpful, and knowledgeable staff. It felt like you were part of their family. As an extra attraction, we also toured the old farmsite on the property and learned a lot of history about the area.The view was absolutely fantastic, especially from the hot tub! It was easy to get to the city of Akureyri which is filled museums, shops, and restaurants. We would love to come back again.
