  This is a simple guest house but a very good one with excellent facilities for the money. The villa is a 10-minute walk down to the lakeside and the walk itself is very pleasant. The owners were delightful, friendly but also knew to leave us to do our own thing. They were also very accommodating in terms of any requests we had. Basically I can't f... what people say » ault Eden Villa for the price. - Owners were VERY friendly and helpful. Bike hire was available from Eden Villa. Big front yard with lots of grass, trees, seating, a wood fire oven and spa. Only 2kms from Lake Balaton.

  Good value for money. Breakfast buffet, parking in front of hotel, clean and nice rooms. Multi language (english, german, french). They earn a 4-star rating ! - Everything was perfect. Especially, correspondence of Staff to accident was great . Thank you very much. I hope to come again to private next time.
