The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was really elegant,
tidy and quiet, the rooms were perfect and the breakfast was delicious.
The accomodation is in beautiful surroundings, quite close to the city
centre which can be reached easily by public transportation (bus), or
it's also a good way to approach the city walking along the Danub

We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

This is an excellent hotel for transit travelers, because it is connected to Ferenz List airport with convenient public transport and has direct connection to the city centre. We received a friendly welcome at this panzio which friends and family have used over the years because of its proximity to the Budapest airport. We had dinner in the small restaurant and found it be excellent--well prepared and presented. The provision of transport to the airport at 4:30am was convenient and good value.
