  The price was reasonable, the staff very polite and knowledgeable and their English was excellent. I will come back to this hotel! - The hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with ordering food for delivery, taxi reservations, and directions for walking to various destinations. My 4 year old son developed a fever our last ... what people say » night there, and the staff even called around town to find a pharmacy that was open. Then they wrote a note for us in Hungarian in case the clerk at the pharmacy didn't speak English

Budapest is a great city and definitley worth visiting and Brigitta made us feel at home from the start. The breakfast in the morning is another highlight. - We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!
