  The price was reasonable, the staff very polite and knowledgeable and their English was excellent. I will come back to this hotel! - The hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with ordering food for delivery, taxi reservations, and directions for walking to various destinations.   Thoroughly loved the apartment, it was larger than expected and the five of us were very comfortable. A short walk to the metro or tram gives access to the city. Budapest is a great city and definitley worth visiting and Brigitta made us feel at home from the start. The breakfast in the morning is another highlight. - We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!
