The apartment was spotless, modern and well-appointed. It far exceeded our expectations. It was located in an upscale neighborhood near the Opera with Dolce+Gabana on the corner and numerous restaurants closeby. There was even a supermarket open till 10 and a 24 hour store, Across the street was a brand new, trendy ice cream/dessert/candy parlor opened til 11 with people waiting everyday for its opening. Budapest is a city that doesn't sleep when we got our taxi at 3 in the morning we counted 2.
all reviews » The location was perfect for us with the convenience of several supermarkets & a very good bar/restaurant 2 minutes walk away. This location gave us the opportunity to walk to all the attractions ( you must like walking though) thus giving a very good insight into Budapest & its beautiful buildings. The fountains on St. Margarets island are a must to see. The Style Apartments was located in the heart of Budapest action--close to theatres, restaurants, cafes, Jewish area and public transportation. Gregory, the manager, was accommodating, accessible and responsive. The amenities were handy for travelers, including a washing machine, dishes, etc. The 24-hour concierge was helpful. The apartment was spotless. Great location excellent value for money. Make sure you go to fantastic restaurant just at end of street Ket Szerecsen best coffee in Budapest. We booked for 2 nights wished we had stayed longer here unfortunately not available. Bonus parking on site. They met us before checking in , before leading to room . Upon check out , they arranged a taxi upon our request and told the cab driver not to over charge us . Even offered to help out with our luggage !! Such friendly people. Vi lived her for several nights in the same week (we first rented for 3 nights one weekend and came back next weekend) and was very pleased with the apartment, the service and the surroundings. We will definately come back!. The location was perfect. About 5 mins walk to Opera House. Great restaurant within 2 mins food very, very good. Has great air con, kitchen really good. Good shower .Safe area at night. If you go to Budapest stay here. Excellent location, quiet, well fitted, good restaurants nearby and easy walking to many others and most attractions. Gregory was terrific and timely. Loved having a washing machine and wish they were a dryer also. I was so pleased with customer service provided by Gragory during our stay. He was very friendly and understanding. I am sure I would opt for same apartment during my future trips to Budapest. This apartment hotel is excellent, because the location is very good for shopping and the room is wide and clean. The owner is very kind. We want to stay here again if we revisit at Budapest. The appartments are well situated just in the center of Budapest. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are comfortable. There even is a washing machine. Great place. - I liked it's location: in the heart of the city, close to the famous Andrassy blvd and the Danube. - they have a private parking but the price is outrageous: EUR 15 per day while we paid EUR 69 for a apartment. Nothing. The beds (a sofa bed in the living room and the one in the bedroom) were uncomfortable. Small complaint, the sheet on the bed doesn't quite fit as no mattress protector not that hygienic I am sure it can be fixed, not enough of an issue not to recommend this apartment. Situated a little out of the town centre. Some problems with water dripping from the aircondition. The staff solved it by bringing more towels, since it was difficult to get servicepersonell in the weekend. N/A. Heating system in all parts of apartment could have checked. We noticed some strange noise in night and some heaters in room was not functioning properly. Offcourse, this was minor issue. There was an issue with the bathtub, water had a funky yellowish color when filling it up. Bed was very low and uncomfortable. Sheet was not big enough to fit the mattress. The bath, with shower over it, was high. Car park very tight spaces. Nothing. Only wifi didn't work. Nothing. Nothing. not the case. A bit noisy on the street at night. It was cold and there was no way to heat up :(. Just nothing to say. Very poor (low) shower head! A bit over decorated and pretentious. thin walls IKEA furniture. The shower head is a little low. A bit dirty. the place is noisy during the nights - there are a lot of restaurants and clubs around. very noisy at night due to drunken people from the numerous bars in the street. No balcony. call before to go, the apartment for 6 is in another address (close) and we have to walk there. - poor kitchen utilities, very used and in a general bad shape (pans could not be used as they were there forever and they were scratched as hell) - no shower gel or shampoo, just some liquid soap - very dangerous dish washing liquid as we all got some hand burns from it; the cheapest and the worst - dust was everywhere and you could see a poor cleaning service all around - 10-15 year old TV - poor English command of the reception clerk, close to not at all.
