Had to agree a complex project workflow within two negotiations in less than 24 hours in Budapest. Madison Serviced Apartments was the right place to get good vibrations for my meetings – starting with check-in where we get perfect services form the first moment on. Location of Madison Serviced Apartments is perfect / 3 minutes behind the Budapest Opera and 3 minutes to relaxing restaurants around, but sleeping at night like in a cottage area, there is no noise at night, nor form traffic or peo.

Across the apartment is a beautiful sugar shop with perfect cackes, you have restaurants, supermarkets and even a market hall in walking distance. The apartment looks very good, have everithing you might need, and is very cool inside, which was perfect since outside were over 20 degree. Armin was also very nice and helpfull!. It was a pleasure to stay here. The apartment was very clean and very central. I had to change my reservation couple of times (personal reason) and the manager of Madison, a young friendly guy, was very helpful, speaks perfect english and let me park the car one day for free. Good level of apartment, 24/7 concierge and a spare key available from the counter for ease of accessibility. All equipment good and functioning in the apartment, also a hairdrier available to borrow for the chicks from the lobby counter. The price was amazing, you get an apartment for the price of a hotel room, it was close to the city and great restaurents. Very clean and spacious. I would definately go back to this location. :)). Location Staff: we anounced we have a baby with us, they provided a baby bed free of charge. And when we asked about the baby chair, they bought a new one the same day. Nice modern apartments with a great layout and plenty of space for a one bedroom apartment. The location is the most amazing thing about these apartments. Location is great, near Opera metro station, in the hart of Jewish quarter. We did not have the knife for bread, but it was given us once we asked. Apartment 24 looks ok on first sight. Big TV, own wireless internet, 2 balconies... Kitchen is very nice. All you need for few days stay. The location. Location is great, near Andrassy Avenue and walking distance from most of the sightseeing sites in Pest. The apartment was big and furniture was nice and modern. It was hard to leaf… want to stay longer than only 24 hours. Shower cortain must be changed!. It is a company organizing the rent from other apartment owners. Kitchen appliances not well washed. But detergent and sponge was available :). It is in a narrow street so, if you haven't been before it looks a bit seedy from the outside, but it certainly isn't. All was perfect. Bathroom clean was not that good. We thought the bed was uncomfortable and also the sheets were satin, although this is only down to personal preference. We was living 5 days in hotel. There was 3 different staff on reception - One day one person. Unfortunately only one of them speak English. There is no promised garden. It was only few bushes in the courtyard. Apartment looks good on the photo, but when you come everything is not well done (ощущение поношенности всех вещей. Все есть но какое-то плохонькое). Though it hás a kitchenet, it didnt have any dishes or forks!!! Also there was no bath foam soap... Tiny entrance in underground garage especially for lower floors. Cigarette smell in bathroom. furniture in the bedroom , quality/arrangement of the bathroom. receptionist cannot accept money so one has to wait for someone to come and collect payment. receptionists are friendly but no or poor English, difficult to communicate. Bathroom was dusty, water didn't want to go down the hole, mattress was bloody (I think it was a blood) a little bit, living room sofa was not comfortable. Request for new soap was not accomplished. Bad English on reception. We did not get the terrace are and we did pay extra for it and the stuff cant speak so good english that all and they dont have a printer in the information desk. The apartment was dirty, specially the bathroom. We found a used gillette in the shower. Sheets in the bed were really old. Personnel at the front desk does not speak English at all. Impossible to ask them a question. They forgot to add two towels, we only had one and had to request the second one. With people not speaking English, it was a difficult task.
