excellent location absolutely in the centrum of nathan road (tsim tsha tsui), very close to star ferry port, close to shopping mals, to restaurants. Backpackers area, with quite good price. Rooms are small (as all budget places in hkg) but clean and nice. Gu-esthouse is at 11th floor or 15 floors building. Elevator runs slowly, but this isn't an issue.
The cleanliness of the room with daily housekeeping and new towel.
Generally, staff are helpful. The location is excellent , feel

Its a decent looking hotel, Co-operative Staff. It lies in the heart of shopping area of Hong Kong. Very near to the Metro, Ferry Station & hub for shopping malls. The pubs around are open way past mid night.
Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms. Near to business, shopping and nightlife time. A stop of A21 bus from airport is in front of the hotel.

Inadequate information regarding tourist spot, transportation system,
food available due to Landlady too busy running two Hostels at different
floor. Nearly missed the flight because no details information regarding
airport bus. Got to rush to Airport by two Taxi.
rooms are small and more facility like tea maker , in room hangers for cloth hangings is need very much.
The entry in Chunking Mansion is scary. The rooms are extremely tiny. But in Hong kong its a absolutely budget stay.

We had to wait around 10 mins to take the lift because there is only 1 and it is for 6 people. The air con wasn't working it was too hot. Room was very small.
my friend's room get the transparant bathroom, it is uncovenience at all.
the reception counter has no staff. It is hard to find them if you need them in the nite.

The room was 3X2.5m in size, the smallest room I have even seen. The
lifts were slow and alway packed with dodgy people. The foyer on the
ground floor was full of people trying to scam tourists. Did not feel
very safe.
