Location - excellent in the middle of Tsim Sha Thui.Center location, convenient. new and clean room. Good for backpackers, the room was clean and the guy was nice and was speaking English, had a window and bathroom. Information on booking was not up to date. They had an owner change. Once arrived at the proposed place I hade to wait 20 minutes, was taken by an old lady to another block. Had to wait one more hour getting a room, because the guy who used the room before me has not left (4 pm). Internet did not work in the beginning. Slow and small elevators.noisy night time with people, staff and customer talking until 4 am in the coridor. There is only 1 lift directly to 14th floor. sometime can be quite congested. small toilet. Access has to be via Chungking Mansion - on the seedy side of things.We were waiting outside Hollywood Guest house for more than half an hours as no staff around. Long waiting time for lift. Staff (one guy) was hard to reach, had to wait 15mn before he finally woke up (7.00P.M.) and had to leave the keys in my room the morning as I couldn't find him. The lift is slow but you can still use the stairs, it's on the 8th floor.- no signs/directions in the building, long queue at the elevator, diverse environment. TV in my room not working. No heat provided at night, but hostel gave me enough blanket after request. Window facing Nathan Road not double-paned, making the room quite noisy. The room is so tiny that hardly more than one person (it is a double room , though) can move aound within that limited space.desk too small. I failed to get hot water from the shower. There is no instruction. overcrowded lift. Long waiting times by the elevator, small rooms. noisy night, crowded lift, untidy and unclean corridors. inscure location.

Chung King Mansions is a very large building with many guesthouses. People outside will pretend to be from our guesthouse and even show you business cards. They do not work for us, do not go with them, or show them your booking. Go to block B, the 2nd elevators on the left. Take the left elevator to the 8th floor and you will find our hostel to the right.

Transportation Chek Lao Kok International Airport: Just a 45-minute drive away - Bus Number A21 is right on the Guest House's doorstep, while the KCR Kowloon Station of Tsim Sha Tsui Exit K or MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit C1.
Airport A21 Airport Shuttle: Service from 06:30 to 23:00, leaves approximately every 15mins with a traveling time of 45 minutes (N21 Airport Shuttle for LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS: service from 00:20 to 05:00).
