The Hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. The rooms are small but only what you would expect from a budget hotel. I would certainly stay here again. The hotel is clean, excellent location at the Nathan Road, the staff was helpful, our stay was comfortable enough.

The ease of access to masjid and Chungkung Mansions (for Halal Food) makes it convenient for tourists (especially Muslims). Location is very strategically, few minutes walk from mtr station. Counter staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness. Location. Location. They provide cleaning and change of towels every day, water, toothbrush, slippers and shower gel. The staff is friendly but some speak little English. Good location if you want to stay in a very touristy area. The boss of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and near to MTR, shopping and places to eat. Location, near mosque, near tst MRT, walk distance from avenue of star, alot of halal food restaurant, friendly staf.. Nothing worst hotel I ever stayed at torture chambner beds are wooden benches no windows. Bathroom is neat and spacious. The staff are friendly & professional. You can get a very small double room for the same price as larger size double room, without any prior notification. Considering that normal rooms are very small, this small room is almost impossible to stay at, there is no place even to put your luggage. the toilet was transperant. Room a bit small. No service, even if payment is acceptable. 1. The hotel staff allotted smaller rooms even though slightly bigger rooms were available during our check in. 2. Moreover, the wifi does not work in rooms and only in the lobby. Don't be deceived by the picture.Room size is so small that could barely move.Regret for not checking review before the booking.Hotel should be honest in displaying room. Windowless condition. Small room Lots of noise. Transparent comfort room. Not freindly reception ( the boss himself) The charge included tax, but give an unofficial receipt. Room much smaller than appeared in the picture, walls covered in mold. The shower and toilet in one tiny cabin, after you shower everything gets soaked. Smoking is allowed in the reception area and guest lounge. Although I asked for a nonsmoking room, I had to smell smoke all the time. The room and toilet was too small for comfort. very small room, i can't breath, the hotel does not accept credit card (cash only). The room is too narrow, The Staff is not friendly, doesn't want to admit mistakes and no apologies after they made mistake , the room we booked was not available!!!. Can you imagine a square micrometer? And a square angstrem? That's the size of the rooms. The room was so small I had to climb over the bed to get into the toilet/shower unit. The door could not open because it hit the bed. No hot water tap to the wash hand basin. Had to use shower head to fill up the basin to shave. Curtain had a big hole cut in it to accommodate the air conditioning unit so the room had no blackout. The room is too small and too noisy (the sound of opening and closing the extra door were so annoying). It is not an hotel, it is a guesthouse. They do not accept Visa and you have to pay cash in advance the whole amount. Room very small and without window, quite different from the picture you see in letsbookhotel.com. photo shown room size are different to actual size. Never stay in this hotel anymore!!!. Too Small, very uncomfortable, unreasonable price. bad service of staff. What they show on catalog is very different from actual room. Also they told us there will be a balcony but none. Also there is no hair drier like they said. Double room is very small and stiff imagining 2 people will stay there. Worst hotel on earth no real beds just wooden benches with thin cushion on top.... absolutely a fake hotel not worth a single hong kong dollar. no way to find it from the street they want money up front for a reason the place is a giant con... Lift access from ground floor to hotel lobby is too slow & small. No A/C at ground floor. tooooo small n cramped up room. washroom was tiny n had to sit on the commode for shower. price too high for what we got in return.
