I'm really impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs during my 4 nights stay at Butterfly on Hollywood. I love 'Hollywood' themed rooms & walkways & I've always looked forward to coming back to my hotel after a long hustling day out in the city. It's comfy & homey & the staffs always welcome you back with smiling faces. When I had doubts about my destination, they showed patience by explaining the routes to me on Google maps & even hailed for me a taxi & dir.

Response fast to my request, change queen to twin bed room n my faulty bar fridge to a working piece. Use their mobile when I ask for the restaurants operating hours. I found many yummy food around the area.. 10Mins walk to e hotel if u know e way. Taxi less than hk$25 from exit a2 fm mtr. Had an absolutely fantastic time at the hotel.. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there during my stay, they were kind, friendly and extremely helpful. . To the extent that one of the receptionists waited on the main road in order to call me a taxi! For what it's worth I've never seen such beautiful girls working in a hotel before either!! 10/10. The location is fantastic. Easy access to shops, eateries. MTR is about 10 mins walk. Mid level conveyor, Lam Kai Fong is within walking distance from hotel. There are also interesting shops and cafes along square road which is a side road from Hollywood road. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Will definitely return. Staffs were very friendly , co- operative & helpful . I had to remove quite no of pages of print out. They didn't charge any extra fee for that even though i offered to pay them on my own. The no of pages would be above 20 pages. This is quite strange by HK standard. Yes they were kind. Room size was good for Hong Kong hotels. Design was modern and tasteful with lots of lighting and mirrors. Bathroom was clean and good size but missing a sink as it was in the room. Reception staff were excellent and helpful with good customer service skills. Very conveniently located. close to Metro, piers, famous moving walkways, shops. Near cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Friendly staff. There are in room a hairdryer, a kettle, a mini-refrigerator and safe. (It's important for me)). We checked in on a Sunday evening and the staff at the reception were very nice. One of them actually carried our luggages to our room for us. It was definitely a great experience staying at BoH! My friend and I truly enjoyed our 5 nights with them. The staff were probably the most helpful of any that I have encountered. This becomes more important based on the fact that I have travelled extensively for over 35 years, and have stayed at hundreds and hundreds of hotels. The service we received was some of the best we have received anywhere in the world. Nothing was too difficult - larger rooms to accommodate children, wheelchair,taxis, airline confirmation all done with personal efficiency. Staff are all ready to serve guests in a most friendly and helpful manner. I am impressed by its room design,and prompt service response. My congratulations to this Hotel's management and staff. I suggest you discard the reviews saying the rooms are outdated as the whole hotel will be renovated pretty soon. The location is great, safe and quiet. The hotel is next to many bakeries and restaurants. It is very well furnished. Water heater, a fridge and a safe. Great for a couple of days because of how spacious it is. The interior decoration of the hotel and room. Location is good as you get to walk pass non-tourist housing estate and eating houses even though it's about 10min walk to the mtr but its easy to navigate. friendly and helpful staff. walking distance from macau ferry terminal and also from Ibis and Holiday inn soho where the complimentary airport express bus stops are. Walking distance to food stalls. The family quad room was perfect for us as we needed 2 bedrooms as a family. Very clean, quiet and location was awesome. There was a beautiful park next door to relax in when the city was too much. The location, the service and the value for money. It was great to find an affordable and comfortable hotel in the central area of Hong Kong. We could walk to just about everywhere we wished to go. location is great, staff are great, some rooms a little too small - but overall good, shame they can't di v minimal room service. I would stay there again for location and staff. Nice Boutique Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. We only had one issue and that is related to the sliding door to the bathroom which was disturbingly noisy (room 2005). Location was great for shopping because its near the Sheung Wan station. WIFI is sometimes not accessible. My walking around to reach the place on my first day so do take a taxi! Hong Kong all about walking up steps if u take mtr so do keep ur luggage light n handy!. The fact I had to leave :-(. The bath room and toilet is quite small. But do-able. The walk to the nearest MTR was about 7/ 8 minutes , MTR Exit A2. Even though the hotel location is only a 5 min walk to mtr Station the streets are a bit confusing without a map. Not sure why sink was in the bedroom and not bathroom but it wasn't an issue. Before arrival wrote a couple of letters with questions. Not for one has not received a response. In shower water takes too long to drain (can be only in our room). The MTR is a little far from the hotel but take it as a form of exercise since HK is a food paradise. The room was a bit small, but this is Hong Kong, so it was standard. no faults evident. Nothing to comment. Not as close to metro as I had expected. Lacking a decent place to store clothes and luggage in the room. The shower is either too hot or too cold. All the "style" feels like a big waste of money. Stayed in the family quad room. Everything in the room is fine except for the flooring of the carpet n tiles, there's poor workmanship of the renovation which caused us to cut ourselves a couple of times. No hotel lounges or seating. The rooms and staff are great, but no other facilities. Nothing. I think some of the rooms need a deep clean, and small fixes - cleanliness is OK but housekeeping does need to keep a keener eye on things. I hated one of the staff giving me an attitude so when I reach my top I shouted at him. He finally behave himself and treated me better the next day. The water temperature for shower was either too hot or too cold for us, its a bit hard to control. a little hard to catch the taxi. No breakfast facilities on site. Room very small, but we were out most of the time. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold. Shower floors would need some renovation Only one set of towels for each person per day. Usually I would expect two Washbasin in the main room... but nicely integrated. Very small room, and very small bathroom. Due to the closeness of the rooms adjacent with one another, it is not very sound proof when the room next door was using the water taps. It is a liitle tired to walk to the hotel since the high tettain in Hongkong. And the street around the hotel are so small, but it is common in HK. The location is a short walk from the midtown escalators -- not in the heart of downtown, but that's why it is affordable. There was a bit of an uphill climb from the MTR but it was good for me!. A couple of drawers were sadly lacking..... Not always good to live literally out of a suitcase. Which always made the room look like a tip. Nothing. nothing everthing first class. The location is far from the MTR station. It would be better to let clients know, that hotel can block the whole sum for the room and for the hole period of staying in the hotel before 1 month to go to Hong Kong. Not very clean rooms. it's just a bit far to the nearest MTR but other than that, no complaints. nothing. I didn t liked that air conditioner was losing water, the space in the room, for 2 ppl was little bit stretchy. wash hand basin in main bedroom.
