Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
