We have travelled extensively throughout the world, and have never encountered such friendly, helpful and unobtrusive staff. Everyone spoke (and understood) perfect English, and had plenty of suggestions for places to eat and visit. The apartments are not in one of the picture-postcard areas such as Oia or the cliffs of Fira, but then you don't have 150,000 tourists passing your front door and peering at you each day. all reviews » My husband and I spent only 3 days in Spring Suite and it was like a beautiful dream. From the first email till the last good bye at the airport everything was perfect. The level of service is amazing and we’ve never felt more welcome or better looked after anywhere else. All of the staff is absolutely fantastic. Anything you need, they will make possible (help you to rent a car, give you information about what to visit, transfers wherever you need, suggest you the best places to eat, and many . We are a freshly married couple. We chose Voreina for our honeymoon. Absolutely amazing place and absolutely amazing people... Hotel owner Lefteris, driver Stefanos, Katerina and all... always friendly, always smiling, easygoing. They only care about your comfort during your stay. Well designed buildings, very quiet area, clean, designerly interior decoration and furniture, very spacious suites, daily cleaned private pool, amazing breakfast, perfect view from the terrace pool... My wife loved . The owner/manager was of great assistance and very welcoming. The location of the hotel at pyrgos provides an excellent view of santorini due to elevated location with view of fira and oia from distance and the sea. The rooms have distinct design and art work. We stayed at a junior suit with a near parking space adjacent to our suit. Breakfast is served in room with a generous variety and fresh fruits. It was a nice stay. We also saw the presidential suit with private pool which was occupied b. Perfect honeymooning spot. If you are coming to Santorini for a honeymoon like I did, don't look anywhere else. The hotel service was amazing to say the least; the ladies at the reception were fantastic and the gentlemen handling the technical issues were prompt and quick. The private pool was absolutely heavenly (even though the weather was cold, the pool was warm enough to use!) Oh and the views were fantastic! Beautiful sunsets to be had and you could see both sides of the islands from the. We were there with a group of friends for 4 days and it was just perfect! The setting, the view, the place, and most importantly the hosts! We were taken care of from arrival till departure. In fact, the hosts gave us precious advice as to where to go, nice restaurants, bars, boat trips... And each time they were right! I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for a quiet setting with gorgeous view far from the cacophony of the city (which is 15 min drive). Staff went out of their way to accomodate us, give helpful suggestions and even organize complimentary pick-up and drop-off with their van. They even helped us a lot with forgotten stuff at the last location and with booking the rental car on our next destination. Book the star suite (2 person junior suite) to be on top of the appartment complex. Great bed - very calm environment. My wife and I recently stayed at Voreina for our honeymoon. It was incredible! The staff is to notch, and make it their goal to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They sat down with us our first night there and walked us through all the things to do on Sanortini, which we would have had no clue about. I highly recommend Voreina. The bed was a little soft, although still relatively comfortable. An indoor table and chairs for windy or cool weather would have been nice, although in Summer most meals would be taken outside. There was no pool in our suit but a hot tube as per our reservation which was convenient for our two year old kid other suits had pools but there is no common pool for all guests. The location is in Pyrgos, so you will need to rent a car if you plan to leave the hotel. Santorini is a small island and the hotel can arrange for a car rental so you can drive around. Nothing. Nothing. it's a little bit far from the city. Which means that you have to take.a taxi every time you want to go out to do anything. Lack of a swimming pool, contrary to letsbookhotel.com website's service list (unless in a room with plunge pool) especially as no beaches nearby. Queen instead of king size bed as advertised. Needing to pay extra for bottled water. Weather was windy and couldn't enjoy our pool. Nothing!. Bit insulated.
