Close to everthing but still not in the middle so you get some peace and quiet too! Takes about 3 minutes to walk up to the main street!   Konstantina, the desk manager and jill-of-all-trades was so incredibly helpful, friendly and made it feel like she was there to cater to our every whim. She guided us to restaurants, orchestrated a last-second scooter rental, and gave us specific directions to little hidden gems on Santorini. Amazing sunset and village - The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.

  The staff at the Phillipion were fantastic! Great service from everyone from the front desk,pool/bar staff to the cleaning staff. Nothing was a problem and any questions or problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was included and had a great selection and choice. Rooms are large and spacious, with great bathroom facilities. Body wash and shampo - Staff so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Position a great balance between expense and closeness to all Thira and Oia.Rooms excellent with warm baconies with views. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.
