The location is great (the sea is at 1km, Rethymnon is close too), and so is the pool! Manousos welcomes you very nicely and is here to help during your stay if you have any question. A really nice place to stay, whether you are a group of friends or a family. -
Great location! We (family with 4 kids) were there for 4 nights and had a great time.

Hotel is well located and the manager was very helpful, almost like a personal concierge. Nice pool, free internet etc. Very clean, good breakfast. - The staff were very pleasant and helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for us when we were booked on a tour.

The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great.
The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. -

The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all

Elounda Mare is perfection. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. Our room had beautiful views and was very spacious and very clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.
