Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended. -

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all

We picked the Crete to spend the end of our visit to Greece relaxing and
enjoying the beach. The cove beaches and day beds were the reason we
choose Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites. Upon our arrival there was
a glitch with our rooms but it was fixed and the rest of our stay was
