  George and Sia's House is very nice! The most beautiful building on the street. Very good location: near the beach, not far from the center of the beautiful town Neos Marmaras. The room that we've stayed was very nice:a comfortable king bed, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron, TV, air conditioner, s - George & Sia's House is a great place to stay if you prefer to relax in a calm area (with a great view over Paradisos Beach) but nevertheless just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Neos Marmaras. Sia makes you feel welcome from the moment of your arrival and provides for a great stay in a relaxing atmosphere (and a super-clean room). We really enjoyed our 10-day vacation in a sunny mid-september and highly recommend this place.

  Great house, great environment, people, who own it, are very friendly, helpful. Location of the house is 3 minutes by walk from the centre and 10 minutes from the Paradiso beach.   - the owner Sofia was very friendly and helpful - room was spacious and we had big terrace as well as refrigerator - good value for the money - Nice room with big balcony. Very close to the beach. Easy to find parking spot at the football pitch close by. Warm hosts.

  The owner picked us up on the entering to the town even we came after the check-in hours. She called us twice before just to check how the traveling is and if we are coming (beware, Neos Marmaras has no street-name signs nor house numbers visible - someone has to wait for you).   The hotel is really nice,rooms are small,but functional,balcony is big. Everything was super-clean. The owner is the epitome of Greek hospitality. It's a great place to be at if you want to go to nearby beaches by car,as it is very close to the main road. The garden is beautiful and there's even a bbq place.
