This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we were very good.
Location is great and very peaceful.
Our room was spacious with nice sea view,Staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good.
If in the future we came back to neos marmaras surely we will stay in this hotel.

We got very spacious room with a large terrace and a sea view. A small beach is practically right in front of the hotel, which is nice if you want to take a quick swim. Everything clean and welcoming with all the facilities that we expected.. The owner on site was very friendly and dealt with any small requests very efficiently. The house is very cosy and the location is good, parking places are present below the house. The owners are very polite people, the rooms are tidy, clean and large enough. The view from the room is amazing - you can see half the town of N. Marmaras, the sea, part of a small dock, and the island of Kelyfos. Easy access to the town center. Highly recommended for your vacation!

The host were really nice and friendly, they were always around if you needed something. The rooms were really clean and they had their own towels for the guests. I had a parking in front of my room which was great for my car. Everything is as it looks on the pictures of their web page, what you see is what you get, and even more :)
