Amazing hotel, located centrally in Mykonos town (unlike lots of places that mislead you). - First of all I would like to point out Clio and Evangelia that went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.   The Germanos studios are really really nice. They are run by the owners themselves, and from day one when we arrived to the day we left, these people were really really helpful. Our son got a pretty bad cold and we had to see a doctor. As we didn't speaka word of Greek, as soon as we mentioned to Georgios (the owner) that we needed to bring our s... what people say » on to the doctor, he called his wife and we went directly to the hospital, and then to a private doctor (and he did all the talk for us). Later on we - We stayed only for one night but our experience with Germanos studios was great! Mr Germano was extremely kind and picked us up from the port when we arrived to the island. Later, since we were with our baby daughter in her push chair, he took us to the town and in the evening picked us up again and took us back to the studio. Even on Sunday all drugstores were closed, she was try - Marietta, the owner is just AMAZING. She couldn't do enough for us while we were there. She picked us up from the port and drove us to the airport on departure. She spent time with us on arrival and gave us a full briefing of the area with her recommendations and even walked us into Mykonos town to help us get our bearings.   We enjoyed our stay at Portobello Boutique Hotel tremendously. It is a classy hotel with a very contemporary feel, nestled a little away from the main town of Mykonos, barely 5 mins away from the quaint shops and little alleys. Although the room was a little tight, we appreciated how comfortable and cosy it was.
